Connecticut’s Capital Area Manufacturing Regional Sector Partnership
AMEP, convened by Workforce Solutions Collaborative, is a dues-free network of manufacturing leaders working together to identify gaps, solve problems, and build a stronger pipeline for the next generation of our workforce. We share knowledge, create programs and events, connect resources, and tackle challenges that no single manufacturer can address alone. Since 2011, AMEP has partnered directly with manufacturers, educators, industry peers, community-based organizations, and state agencies in the North-Central Region of CT.

Volunteer with AMEP
AMEP offers three dedicated working groups where manufacturing professionals, from newcomers to industry veterans, collaborate to shape events and programs that directly address local workforce and business needs. Built by manufacturers, for manufacturers, these teams focus on Training Pathways, Job Quality, and Business Development.
What is an RSP?
Across Connecticut, employers are joining forces to address common workforce needs. By working hand-in-hand with local schools and community partners, Regional Sector Partnerships (RSPs) are building more inclusive pathways to attract, hire, train, and grow talent.
The Connecticut Office of Workforce Strategy supports these efforts, helping Regional Sector Partnerships thrive and deliver results for Connecticut’s communities.
